Cameron Walker

Cameron has over 12 years of accounting recruitment experience in the Melbourne market and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.  He has partnered with a combination of multinational, ASX-listed and privately owned organisations across diverse sectors. Cameron has managed large teams specialising in the recruitment of both senior accounting and accounting support positions.

Cameron has a long-term, relationship-focused approach to recruitment. He has a deep understanding of his candidates and clients’ requirements and is passionate about bringing like-minded people together to build high-performing finance teams. He places great emphasis on “cultural fit” and understands a technical skill set is only part of the equation.

In 2016, Cameron co-founded Pattison & Walker. He will work tirelessly on driving positive outcomes for both his candidates and his clients.

Luke Pattison

Luke is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6 years accounting experience in both professional services and industry.  Having graduated from The University of Melbourne, Luke started his career with one of Australia's leading corporate recovery and turnaround firms, KordaMentha.  In this role, he obtained his CA qualifications and worked on some of Australia's largest and most complex insolvency engagements.  Luke then moved into an industry-based role as the Finance Manager for the Australian arm of the world's largest online betting exchange, Betfair.

In 2013, Luke decided to utilise his extensive accounting knowledge in the recruitment world.  He joined a multi-national recruitment firm in the Melbourne CBD and focussed primarily on the qualified and senior level across a wide range of industries.  He places a great deal of importance on finding the right balance between technical and cultural fit.

In 2016, Luke co-founded Pattison & Walker and is committed to providing the highest level of service to his clients and candidates.
