You should be able to refer back to your ”'wish list” and “non-negotiables” and tick them off accordingly. Throughout the entire process, be sure to voice any concerns with your recruiter. At offer stage, assuming there are no hidden surprises with the salary or contract, you should be able to make a clear decision relatively quickly. Unless previously discussed, back-end negotiations around salary, position title, allowances and annual leave should be avoided.
